Hardwood flooring is available in both solid and engineered form.  Most of the time the home dictates what we recommend a customer use.  For example, if you live over a basement or crawl-space a solid wood floor can be added to your home.  If your home is built on a concrete slab an engineered hardwood floor works extremely well.  It is important to remember that both solid and engineered floors can be either pre-finished or site-finished.  I’d love the opportunity to use my experience as a flooring expert to guide you to the product that will look and perform best in your home.   Some advantages of hardwood flooring include…
